If you submit your own image(s) for the decoration of Full Color Tiles, you expressly indicate that YOU are the holder of all copyrights pertaining to submitted image(s).

The submitter of any image to be used for the decoration of our full-color, ceramic wall tiles and murals will hold us totally harmless from any claims resulting from any eventual copyright infringement.

General Observations.

In general and since the 1970's, copyrights on contemporary works are valid for the lifetime of the artist plus 70 years. For works for hire the copyright is valid for 95 years from the time of original publication. Older works published prior to 1922 are now in the public domain.

Works published between 1922 and 1964 may or may not be copyright protected.
The status of a particular work (created during this period) will depend on if the artist filed for a copyright; if the work was initially copyrighted; and if the artist renewed it when the original copyright expired; and similar circumstances.
