Price List  - Glass Single and Multi-Tile Murals

 

The above indicated prices are based on the following Requirements:

• Digital Image Files: Customer submits "camera-ready" digital image files for each and every single tile to be decorated based on the following:
   

• For Digital Raster Image Files: All raster/bitmap images will have to be in the final dimensions of the selected tiles plus 0.05" for bleed. (For example, all digital image files to be used for our 6" tiles will have these finished dimensions: 6.05" x 6.05");
   

• For Digital Raster/Bitmap Image Files: all submitted files will have an image resolution of at least 300 dpi's. Preferred file format: .tif;
   

• All Digital Vector Image Files: To be in the CorelDraw, or Adobe Illustrator format(s), with all fonts converted to objects or lines; or copies of all fonts used will have to be submitted to us.
   

• Overall Image Size: All submitted image material must conform to the size relation/ratio of the selected tile size.
  (For example: For a mural consisting of 6" tiles, the overall dimensions of your image will have to be multiples of 6" horizontally as well as vertically as we cannot decorate "half" tiles. Hence the artwork for a mural consisting of five (5) horizontal and eight (8) vertical tiles will have to have these dimensions: 30 inches by 48 inches.)

Notes:

• We decorate to the total tile size whenever possible for individual tiles and for murals;
• We do not recommend using full color ceramic wall tiles nor glass tiles on floors;
• We do not recommend using our full-color glass tiles anywhere where they would be permanently exposed to direct sun light.
• All our glass tiles are decorated on the back, that is the decoration is "behind" the glass when looked at and hence is completely protected physically. Keep this in mind when mounting glass tiles with glue or any other adhesive.
  
   

Special Considerations for digital raster/bitmap images:
Under certain circumstances we might be able to use and "enlarge" a smaller digital raster/bitmap image file provided it has a resolution of at least 400 to 600 dpi's and is not smaller than 6" x 6". We'll then try to generate from this single image all required tile images.
Acceptable file formats: Photoshop or .tif. We can also accept certain .jpg files if their dimensions will permit us to generate a high-resolution image.

Our fees for this special service, composed of special image scans and special image "enlargements", is available upon request and receipt of a copy of the small digital image under consideration.

Use of actual Photographs:
Should you not be able to create digital image files, large-size photographs can also be submitted to us for the creation of digital image files.
Photos submitted to this end should be professional-grade 6" x 8" glossy, photographs.
Our fees for this special service, composed of special image scans and special image "enlargements", is available upon request and receipt of a copy of the actual photograph under consideration.
